Ocala.Academy Homeschool Co‑op is here to offer a safe environment to help aid and assist any students using the A.C.E. curriculum.

What We Do

  • • Meet (2) days each week — Wednesday – Thursday, 9am – 2pm, beginning September 3, 2025 and running until May 14, 2026.
  • • Offer a monitor to ensure your student is staying on track and moving along as expected in their PACEs.
  • • Offer tutoring or guidance as needed in each subject.
  • • Schedule routine field trips to enrich and facilitate the student’s educational journey.
  • • Help fill in gaps in curriculum with interest‑based activities centered around life skills such as budgeting, entrepreneurship, investing, etc.
  • • Offer a safe, Christ‑filled environment.

Please keep in mind Ocala.Academy is a resource for your homeschool journey not a replacement. The student will still need to complete work at home on non co‑op days. All tests and grades are to be administered and kept at home by the parent/guardian. Ocala.Academy Homeschool Co‑op is not responsible for keeping track of your student’s PACEs or grades. OAHC is being provided as an aid to your homeschool journey.

What Will the Daily Schedule Look Like?

  • Drop‑off / Prayer — 9:00am – 9:30am
  • Morning Exercises — 9:30am – 10:00am
  • Math — 10:00am – 10:40am
  • English — 10:40am – 11:20am
  • Lunch — 11:20am – 12:00pm
  • Science — 12:00pm – 12:40pm
  • Social Studies — 12:40pm – 1:20pm
  • Electives / Tutoring — 1:20pm – 2:00pm
  • Dismissal — 2:00pm

Tuition & Fee Schedule

due on the 1st Wednesday of each month
Yearly
pay full year upfront — $50 discount
Tuition per child — $100 Tuition child yearly — $750

Monthly tuition covers the cost of insurance, utilities, and staff.

How to Pay

Payment is due the 1st Wednesday of each month. Exact cash or check accepted for all payments. Please make checks payable to Ocala.Academy with tuition stated in the memo line. Turn in all payments in an envelope marked with your student(s) name to Sis CaSondra Bierman during school hours. Do not turn in payments at church or outside OAHC hours.

There will be a 24‑hour grace period for late payment. After the grace period, there will be an additional $25 late fee. If you fall more than three months delinquent on tuition, you will be called in for an in‑person interview to discuss the issue, and your student(s) spot at OAHC will be at risk of termination.

Registration Process

Registration for the 2025–2026 Ocala.Academy Homeschool Co‑op opens Thursday, August 1st, and extends through Thursday, August 14th.

Upon registration, you will be expected to pay the first month’s tuition and fill out all necessary paperwork. We will also need a copy of your government‑issued ID, your student’s birth certificate, and a copy of the student’s social security card.

Registration is available by appointment only during office hours: Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm.
